Neither of you are correct . I believe those abominations are called "HELLS" .
Who in the world would EVER have the need/desire to wear something so ridiculous. On one pair the dang heels didn't reach the ground. That's a accident BEGGING to happen. Do designer's honestly believe people will wear their creations or is just artwork?
