NOOO, it's not pointless, these are classic and worth the time. But, if it makes you feel better, I only saw one of the original Star Wars Trilogy. Side note: If you like a good tear-jerker, watch Mr. Holland's Opus. Beautiful movie.
you never saw the Goonies????
I urge you to drop whatever you are doing IMMEDIATELY and head out to your local Blockbuster asap!

I confess ... I've never seen "Mr.Holland's Opus"
i have seen all those movies and will admit that i do adore 2 of them (Goonies/ET) however i also have a confession...the 2 movies i HATE the most in the world are Dirty Dancing and Grease...i don't know what it is but i detest them so much...Pretty Woman comes in at a close 2nd...whew...i feel so much better...i love this blog!!
You can do w/out Star Wars, but Goonies & ET?! Silly girl..go get them! ET was such a classic tearjerker but Goonies, my G-D..I still quote that movie to this day! Please watch them and then let us know how happy u are that you did. PS- Mr Holland's Opus WAS good, but where did THAT come from? Tons of great ones out there!
